Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Choose «Direct bank transfer» on the Checkout page. The bank details appear on the page you see right after ordering and in the confirmation email. Production starts when the transfer has arrived; an order that stays unpaid for a week is cancelled.
Make the transfer as soon as you have placed the order, and write the order number as the reference. The bank details are also on the page of that order, under Orders in My account.
While we wait, the order page says «WAITING FOR YOU». When the transfer arrives the page shows «Payment received», and the promised day is calculated from that moment. If no transfer arrives within seven days, the order is cancelled; you can simply place it again.
If the day matters, a card or PayPal starts the clock at once.
