Can I return a flag?
A catalogue flag or an accessory, yes — for a refund, an exchange or store credit, as you prefer. A flag printed with your own design cannot be returned, unless it is faulty.

The limit, said plainlyA flag that has been flown, washed or altered cannot be returned. You pay the return shipping, unless the item was faulty or wrong.
