Will I see a proof before printing? How do I approve it?
When a designer prepares your flag, yes. The draft appears in My Print Jobs in your account with two buttons, «Approve draft» and «Request changes». Nothing is printed before you approve, and you can ask for changes as many times as you need.
In My account, the page My Print Jobs lists every flag that needs a file. The status tells you where it stands.

If you press «Request changes», you write what to correct and a new draft follows. There is no limit to the number of corrections.
What the free draft is, and is not
The designer lays out the material you send — your logo, a text, a background colour or a background image — on the flag. The designer does not edit that material: a low-resolution logo is not redrawn, a background is not removed, a photo is not retouched. For creative work, your own graphic designer is the right person; we are a flag maker, not a design studio.
Your delivery day counts from the moment your file is approved and the payment is in.
